I have decided that it is now time to bite the bullet and make the BASIC816 repository public. The first of the Rev C boards are apparently printed and getting ready for assembly, so the folks who purchased them will soon be getting them in their eager hands. Also the BASIC interpreter has reached a stage where it is vaguely functional, and while it's still incomplete, buggy, and somewhat delicate of sensibility, I don't think it will go rampant and actually try to murder anyone. Probably. So, if you are interested in it, you can find the documentation and source code on Github:

https://github.com/pweingar/BASIC816

Please check out the repository's readme page for pointers to status information on the project and the current documentation.

I have decided to release it under the GNU Public License v3. I was originally going to go with the more permissive MIT license, but decided it would be easier to go from GNU to MIT later if needed than the other way around.
